RecommendedBanking with BHCFU is stress free. They are efficient, pleasant and all around a pleasure to do business with.
I have been banking with BHCFCU since 2006. The Branch Manager in the commercial location is rude, and requires touching up on her customer service skills. She said that because my husband signed my check it's forgery. In fact if I consent to it, it is not forgery. In addition she refused to accept the check instead of authorizing it. If I confirm I am aware of the check and approved it, it's my money, who are you to say you will not authorize my check. She was loud and unprofessional!
Joanne, Shaina (from another branch) AND Alana are the BEST!!!!! I drive all the way from Hallandale Beach just for service and friendly conversation from them... Even more so since I've recently lost my Mom, they've been VERY caring, compassionate, supportive and encouraging!!!!! JOANNE checks to see how I'm doing every time I visit the main branch! I really appreciate that... They ARE commendable assets to the branch and they exemplify great customer service!!!
