Terrible. Been trying to apply for the free yearly bus passes for months and they keep sending me mail asking for the same stuff I sent in multiple times. I got the passes just fine the first time I applied for it and now they ask for so much more. Customer service is rude most of time. They act like they want to help people and do the most. $40 down the drain getting them the documents they wanted from social security. I don’t even want the help anymore terrible company. And the busses are dirty for them to ask for so much!... read more

Horrible driver on route 1 her bus #20040 the driver had a nasty attitude. I’m a visitor and didn’t know how to use the keypad. Such a bad experience.

Not for tourists! If you plan to use local buses, as a cheaper means of transportation, and are on any sort of time schedule, to visit Fort Lauderdale area - don't do it! Indeed, you'll waste valuable time waiting for buses that may or may not be on time - patience is a virtue (30 to 60 minutes wait). In addition, quite a few waiting areas are in direct sunlight without any sort of protection against the elements - excessively warm and humid.
