Impressed! I had to go there twice today just because I didn’t know everything I needed. When I first got there this morning, after waiting barely 3-5 minutes, a receptionist was able to discuss my needs and provide me with the form I needed and clear instructions on next steps. I had a great experience in this office. Rhonda helped me to sort out all my issues and was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. After registering my car originally several years ago by using private tag agency, I could never update my registration online. It always said that they don't have my insurance online. So, I kept sending checks with a copy of my insurance card. It's appeared to be that those people from tag agency misspelled my VIN number by one character. They charged me extra for the service.
