I actually have a tax collector office much closer to my home, but after a poor experience while renewing my auto registration, I decided to make the drive here instead… and I’m glad I did. My experience was on the phone with McKayla who was absolutely wonderful! I live in Las Vegas and I needed help for my Mother since my Father passed away and the title was in his name and my parents had moved to Vegas and we could not find the Title. Very long story short. McKayla was so patient and so helpful to us. So appreciative! Excellent employee!!
Had a fantastic experience calling about a title and tag transfer from out of state. I have never done this before and thought I’d be an annoyance calling with a bunch of questions. I was delighted to be able to speak with Brianna today. She was knowledgeable, kind, and extremely patient with me.
