AJ is amazing at what she does! Every time I’ve seen her it’s been for really bad neck or arm pain, and I always leave feeling so much better with way more movement. She makes the whole experience super comfortable and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
Alyssa’s has created such a beautiful, clean, relaxing space to unwind and unravel in. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and just an all round legend! So friendly, nurturing and skilled. Her massage was deeply restorative and all her extra touches such as how towels, heat packs & beautiful oils really made it top tier. Highly recommend!!
The space is amazing and I love that you have access to a shower within the sauna space. AJ was so lovely and accommodating,and you don’t feel rushed! I loved this space so much that I’ve brought a pre paid 10 visit sauna pass. Definitely worth a visit for both visitors and locals
