Ordered a mahogany Simpson door in August 2024 through retailer Rings End. Door installation was completed in July 2025. Communication issues, order issues, warehouse issues, misaligned bore holes, visible screws on a door that will be stained, months of delays to get answers, and refusal to replace the door. Thanks to Rings End and Brosco, my contractor abandoned me and I am left with a high-priced failure of a door install. Get your new door from someone else!
I did an addition in 2000-2001 and purchased Brosco doors and some Home Depot doors as well. Most of my Brosco doors have come apart, while the Home Depot doors are as solid as a rock. I am now in the process of gluing two Brosco doors back together and when taken apart I have noticed the complete lack of glue on the rails and stiles. Panels never should have glue ( I know ). This is just unacceptable!. Please consider your choices when purchasing Brosco.
