I ordered a dining room table after scheduling an appointment with one of their designers to talk about my plans for the dining room. My designer was very helpful and ended up saving me $1,500 by pointing out a similar table to the one that I saw, but which was on clearance. The order was delivered within four days and as promised, the delivery guys brought it into my apartment and took away the packaging.
Recently ordered a couch from Broome & Greene. Worked with Steph who helped me select what would work with my design style. Really happy with the outcome. Steph arranged for delivery and set up and they took away the packaging too.
Had a flood in our house, the formal living room basically was a pool. Called this company, spoke with Rich and they replaced my furniture and didn't charge me a dollar. They dealt with my insurance company who paid them direct. So happy with the great couches, lights and tables that I got. Gonna be back here soon!
