I've visited this location for 3 laser services now and with every round my skin has vastly improved! Twice for Excel and once for Genesis. After my initial appointment where we discussed my concerns (mild rosacea, a stubborn sun spot, fine lines, a small sebaceous hyperplasia, a small bit of hair removal) she determined the Excel would be perfect to address most of my concerns. My son and I both see Jennifer Woodford and she is wonderful. Everyone of the staff in the office is always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this office.
Amazing people that genuinely want to help
Secretaries are extremely rude, inefficient, and angry. Scheduling appointments over the phone is an awful experience, I was yelled the second they answered the phone, and I just said hello, the secretary complained at having to switch pages for a different time. I would suggest replacing the front desk staff with employees that do not have unmanaged anger issues. I understand not being happy at your job, but this is down right unacceptable, and turns clients away. In person the experience was not much better.
When Dr Chesna first started the business, she spent more time with her patients. Now, she has gotten so busy that she is always rushing through her appointments. I was just there about a week ago, and it was so bad, that after she left the room and her in-take nurse was still taking the summary notes, a knock at the door disrupted us and a nurse told the in-take nurse that she had a call.
