Secretaries are extremely rude, inefficient, and angry. Scheduling appointments over the phone is an awful experience, I was yelled the second they answered the phone, and I just said hello, the secretary complained at having to switch pages for a different time. I would suggest replacing the front desk staff with employees that do not have unmanaged anger issues. I understand not being happy at your job, but this is down right unacceptable, and turns clients away. In person the experience was not much better.

When Dr Chesna first started the business, she spent more time with her patients. Now, she has gotten so busy that she is always rushing through her appointments. I was just there about a week ago, and it was so bad, that after she left the room and her in-take nurse was still taking the summary notes, a knock at the door disrupted us and a nurse told the in-take nurse that she had a call. I have been seeing Jen for over a year now for adult acne. I feel like she heard me and was not willing to stop trying new things until we found a solution that worked for me. I appreciate her kindness and her knowledge of treatments available. I have had nothing but positive experiences in the office and have recommended many family members who have also had positive experiences.
