I was out riding my bike when the valve on the front tyre blew out. As a visitor, I asked around for recommendations on where to get it repaired, and Broome Cycles was highly suggested. They replaced the front tyre and tube with a thorn-proof tube and a sturdy-looking tyre. A couple of days later, I returned to have the back tyre replaced as well. George was kind and efficient, even giving me a discount. I really appreciated the great service! Thank you, George 🙏🏼

I hired and paid ~600€ /~1,090 AUD for 13 Days rent for an E-Fatbike online because, as a traveler from Europe without a driver's license, a bike is an essential part of my stay in Broome. I discussed my plans to cycle to the beaches outside of town before my booking, and they told me it wouldn't be a problem. So far excellent experience. I will update my review after the bike hire to include the full picture. But so far, my hire has come smooth, just very expensive but the customer service has been extremely helpful with all my enquiries. I am satisfied with bike selection and the two guys provided all the advice and information, help and solutions needed to support my cycling needs. I am looking forward to my upcoming hire!
