I cant give a zero so I will give a one. My Mom's short stay was marked with bedsores, covid and a UTI. If it hadnt been for us sending her directly to the hospital instead of taking her home like they said she wouldn't be with us. Dont go by the medicare.gov webiste ratings this facility needs to do better.

Please don’t let your loved one go here… If this is your last resort, get yourself an attorney, especially if you live out of state…. They won’t answer my calls and I’m praying my loved one is still alive cause I was informed of an alleged overdose. This place be condemned. There are roaches, unsanitary conditions etc. There is no care for the patients and many are neglected. Will be reporting this to medicare.

Broomall Manor was an absolute nightmare for our family. My mother's short stay there was marked by gross neglect, filth, and dangerous care practices. We had to bring our own cleaning supplies and clean her room ourselves daily. Staff reused old towels to wipe her and even used Axe body wash -- left behind by a previous resident -- on her private area. That alone is inexcusable. There was zero pain management.
