This place be condemned. There are roaches, unsanitary conditions etc. There is no care for the patients and many are neglected. Will be reporting this to medicare.
Broomall Manor was an absolute nightmare for our family. My mother's short stay there was marked by gross neglect, filth, and dangerous care practices. We had to bring our own cleaning supplies and clean her room ourselves daily. Staff reused old towels to wipe her and even used Axe body wash -- left behind by a previous resident -- on her private area. That alone is inexcusable. There was zero pain management.
