They treat their workers so terrible when I visited for my mom. I would hate to see how they treat the actual patients/customers! That manger needs to be fired, her name ReNae and she needs to go..
My grandmother lived in this facility for 2 years. She was very problematic as she was psychologically impaired. The entire staff here were professional and patient. The level of care my grandmother received was top notch from the management and staff. This facility is truly a blessing to my community and the only option for quality care for our seniors.
Nobody in there was certified! Cna's do not suppose to issue medicine! They way the leading staff act is terrible! No one in there has a proper license nor certification! They over charge there residents, and the workers are clearly not seeing any of that money! They work there everyday, seems like fraud to me! I'd never place my grandmother there! They should call it asult daycare! The state needs to take a trip in there! I have a seen a place that charges that much for the clients to live there, yet they lack laundry staff... read more
