No stars at all. Staff is incompetent! If you ask the Manager at Eastbrooke a questions, she dosnt even know how to respond! Staff are very rude, nobody smiles when they answer the door, I was there for 20 minutes and saw 3 different staff on there cell phones. Will not be placing my loved one here!
This place is awful!!! My mother lived here I have moved her out! The staff are not trained, the owner is never around and when she is I have seen her treat her employees like garbage! She calls them names and never gives them any praise for doing a good job! No activities, they rarely clean, my moms toilet has poop stains! Dusting is never done, big dust clumps under the bed. I personally love this facility! Very clean, very dementia friendly, the staff are very friendly, which is always a plus in my book! My loved on lives here, and she thinks its fantastic! I will highly recommend East and Westbrooke to anyone!
*0 stars* Watch out for this place. I worked here and it is very shady. They don't follow any state regulations, only when state comes for inspection-- then they scramble to fill in the blanks in the medication book and charting notes. Residents are neglected, med errors occur daily, and when I notified the LPN director of the kinds of things that were happening, she didn't do anything about it (all she cares about is the money).
