We took our bike (Urban Arrow) to Brookvale Bike Factory for maintenance. Despite not completing any of the promised work, they charged us $100. It took two weeks to get the bike back, the team was almost impossible to reach by phone, and when we finally collected it, the brakes were not working properly. We have requested a refund as the service clearly did not meet reasonable standards, but our messages are being ignored. Extremely frustrating and unsafe - we cannot recommend this shop.
