Wonderful doctors & staff! Appointments are easy to schedule, great selection of products, everyone's kind, knowledgeable & ready to help with anything you need.
The Doctor is kind, but the younger girl who orders your glasses is passive aggressive and if you question her she gets offensive. I canceled my order and will find a new Optometrist for my husband and I. I arrived at 1 for a 1:15 appointment and didn't get out until nearly 3:30. Miss Lopez was upset with me and made me wait longer than necessary I am sure. She was quick to cancel my order, but did not follow through with reversing the claim with my insurance! Whatever you do stay away from this vulgar place, they have rude employees, trash products that unless you pay a-lot of money then will last not even a year, the warrantys that dont last long im telling you stay away from this garbage place
Please stay away the females who work in the front are rude and always talk down on you, I had little time to take my kids to places further as to why I went here in the first place and my sons glasses kept breaking and every time they wanted to change me $20-$40 and it was quite often that it would happen. Each time they were rude or acted like they didn’t want to deal with people. Worst customer service ever! If I could give it negative 0 I would! The lady that works the front desk is the rudest person, has a bad attitude and the quality of the products they have is garbage. When she was given the same attitude she had was told to leave! It’s no wonder they have a low rating!
