Whatever you do stay away from this vulgar place, they have rude employees, trash products that unless you pay a-lot of money then will last not even a year, the warrantys that dont last long im telling you stay away from this garbage place
Please stay away the females who work in the front are rude and always talk down on you, I had little time to take my kids to places further as to why I went here in the first place and my sons glasses kept breaking and every time they wanted to change me $20-$40 and it was quite often that it would happen. Each time they were rude or acted like they didn’t want to deal with people. Worst customer service ever! If I could give it negative 0 I would! The lady that works the front desk is the rudest person, has a bad attitude and the quality of the products they have is garbage. When she was given the same attitude she had was told to leave! It’s no wonder they have a low rating! I went here last year. Terrible service.
didn’t know where to go for glasses everywhere was booked up finally found. Brooksville optical through all the filth went in. Got a great exam and wonderful service would recommend.
