We had a relative in Brookstone for a year and a half. I would never take her or anyone else back there. They are not abusive. They just basically ignore the residents to a point. The workers do their job half way, just enough to get by sometimes. Their management sees the residents as figures on an income statement, not as people to be treated with respect and dignity. Stay away from them is my advice.
