My family and I went into this Brookstone store on a Monday afternoon to look at their massage chairs. Little did we know that ONLY if you are 18+ you are allowed to test the chairs. We were very upset and will NEVER buy a chair from that store. I want to know that my whole family will enjoy it. The staff was very rude in infroming us about this rule as well.
