Rude costumer service, I bought a pillow and they said they dont accept return. When I opened the box, the pillow had a very bad smell. I back to the store because I was not able to bear the smell at all. I asked them to exchange, not to return, but the cashier said we wont accept and if you want you could buy another one. The customer service is terrible and the pillow has terrible smell, disappointed experience.
It's closing down from bankruptcy. Cool place though
