The owner, Sadie, has been wonderful and helpful each time I visit Brookside Ceramics. There is always a wide variety of pieces to choose from and is consistently a pleasant experience!
Would give zero stars if I could. Staff are really unwelcoming. Left to figure things out on your own. I went here with my children and end up painting pottery because they desperately wanted to do so. But when it was time for pickup the next week I was told the pieces were ready but it would be a wait. I waited about 20 minutes patiently while pregnant in the hot store while the owner kept on making small talk with other groups. In particular ones who did not look like me. Truly such a fun time! The atmosphere was incredible. The owner is so helpful and kind. We will definitely be back.
