This facility needs new administration, the facility has gone through 3 wellness coordinator due to the administrator very unprofessional
Very unprofessional facility there is too much to uncover. State needs to come in and do a turn around .
Brookside Cartersville has been such a welcome change for our mom. The facility is clean, bright and cheery (lots of windows) and outdoor space for the residents. The staff from the Director (Lacy) to the med techs, care takers and cleaning crew and maintenance are so pleasant and take care to give the BEST care. Mom feels safe and very well cared for and the staff has been terrific about communicating with us. We have questions - they provide answers. I can't say enough. Brookside Carter or in others words another home to me!!! I’ve been at Brookside for almost a year now. Lacy Green gracefully gave me the opportunity to become the in training wellness coordinator. The residents here at Brookside are beyond amazing they have tough a heart string it’s beyond beautiful how people can do that to you. I started working at Brookside in July of 2021. I absolutely love working here! The administration and staff are amazing, everyone makes it a great environment and goes above and beyond to make sure every resident gets what they need and want. The residents are always a pleasure to be around. I wouldn’t want to be working anywhere else. This is home! ❤️
