Very unprofessional facility there is too much to uncover. State needs to come in and do a turn around .
Brookside Cartersville has been such a welcome change for our mom. The facility is clean, bright and cheery (lots of windows) and outdoor space for the residents. The staff from the Director (Lacy) to the med techs, care takers and cleaning crew and maintenance are so pleasant and take care to give the BEST care. Mom feels safe and very well cared for and the staff has been terrific about communicating with us. We have questions - they provide answers. I can't say enough.
