I always love going to this grocery store, but when I went to the bakery to talk to them about ordering a wedding cake I was coldly greeted, took a lot of time to tell them what I wanted, filled out an entire order sheet and figured out a good delivery time (spent about 25 mins discussing) ( just wanted a VERY simple three tier cake no decorations, had a picture and everything) all for the lady to say "you know what we cant do this cake and we can't deliver it". Serving the Hot Springs area? Thats a joke. Why go all the way to Malvern, the closest Brookshire's grocery, to purchase food when Hot Springs...Has It All? Hot Springs, Arkansas, our nation's first resort, has 3 Kroger's, 1 Price Cutter, 2 Wal-Mart Super Centers. No one who lives in Hot Springs goes to Brookshires, in Malvern, AR 20 miles or so away. Smaller than some of the newer Brookshires yet has items not available at the larger stores. A very good selection of fish and meats, always fresh. Clean and well laid out with very friendly and helpful checkers and management.
All of the people that work here seem to have a really good attitude and enjoy working there.
