I can say there are always a helpful person there with a great smile to greet you I have been going there and buying shoes for the last 4 years and I have never seen bad behaviour, good job
I love Brooks shoes but every time I go to this shop to try on shoes, the manager endlessly criticised and judges me for the way I slip my shoes on and off. I'm a grown up. I don't need a 10 minute lecture.
