I can say there are always a helpful person there with a great smile to greet you I have been going there and buying shoes for the last 4 years and I have never seen bad behaviour, good job
I love Brooks shoes but every time I go to this shop to try on shoes, the manager endlessly criticised and judges me for the way I slip my shoes on and off. I'm a grown up. I don't need a 10 minute lecture.

HEADS UP!!!! Two weeks ago the particular shoe i was after was $110 . I asked staff how long they would have them and was told about 3 months or until stock run out. Today i went in and saw a 20% off sign on the window only to find that the shoes are now $170...... what a SCAM!!! I'd love the manager to explain how, when there is a 20% sale on, the shoes went up $60. I'm pretty sure this is Illegal.
