I am very thankful my doctor referred me to Jordan for physical therapy after a severe L5-S1 disc extrusion. I was fearful of moving very much at all in the beginning but he quickly calmed my fears. He is very knowledgeable and encouraging and led me in my exercises at just the right pace so I quickly began feeling better. I had a total knee replacement. The entire staff is very professional, accommodating and friendly. Jordan Ball is an amazing therapist. My recovery time was shortened drastically with his guidance and encouragement.

After a complete knee replacement, my physical therapy was at Books rehab in Winter Garden. I have to say my recovery there was fantastic. They generally cared about their patience and getting them well. Jordan and his team are top notch, I can sincerely recommend them without hesitation
Absolutely wonderful staff (A+)......but.....their accounting dept is horrible. I have to pay significantly more than I was told by the accounting dept. I have a large bill to pay that I did not anticipate. No one likes expensive surprises.
