Worst Place to deal with !!! Stay away !! Firs tthey clearly state they take my Insurance when I go to do appointment they say never taken my insurance for 3 years even tho itis on there own web site and my insurance site ! So Ill pay cash then as i need the treatment doctor requested, They are not available for over a month OMG !!! THey are all about insurance money !!!!
My recent experience with Brooks has not been great… My mother was seeking physical therapy urgently… Brooks received my mother’s new patient documentation which was given to them in person… weeks afterwards they would inform my mother that they do not have her documents it was misplaced… the week before my mothers appointment she spoke with someone in reference to her upcoming appointment. Tried calling numerous times. First it tells you someone will be with you in one more minute, then it tells you to leave a message. I left multiple messages, no one called me back. I guess I have to go to CORA.
