You never want to need rehab but if you find yourself needing it, this is where you go. The team was fabulous but I need to shout out Melissa who is always friendly, positive and tries to help in every way and also to Jacob Roberts. Jacob was the best therapist I could have asked for. He is caring, fun to spend your time with and incredibly enthusiastic about your journey. He knows when to push and when to encourage. Made tremendous progress at Brooks. Was able to schedule times that were best for me, worked with some amazing physical therapists and achieved so very much from when I first started. Love all the people there and would highly recommend them to others.
Jacob has been an amazing physical therapist. He helped me understand why I was having pain. We were able to work together to improve my overall mobility and strength resulting in no more pain! (: Melissa was so sweet and assisted in scheduling all of my appointments. The facility is well kept and I would definitely choose Brooks again.
The doctor MaryArodld, is very professional and the front desk staff, Melrssa, is especially patient and friendly! They are awesome! Thank you so much! Highly recommended!
