Tracey Jones Occupational Therapist is outstanding!!! She was able to lessen/eliminate my pain and make my arm/hand wrk better. She is kind, attentive to my needs and knowledgeable. She is an excellent therapist!!!!!🥰🤗🥰🤗🥰🤗🥰

Liam took me from a crushed shoulder to being able to lift my arm and continue with typical life. Through his brilliance, patience, and compassion I am stronger than when I started. I came in hysterically crying in pain and frustration. Now, I have regained more strength than I had before this injury. In between, I suffered a massive heart attack and 3 by passes. Still. We went to Brookes for pediatrics speech therapy for our son, we worked with Zoe Newell and she was fantastic. She was patient, kind, and made great progress with our son while accommodating our schedule. We had challenges contacting anyone by phone (ever) at the center, and she helped reach out to us directly for appointments and correspondence through email. Her professionalism and consideration made all the difference in this review.

I've experienced physical therapy over the years with several providers and have found Brooks on 14th Street to be the absolute best. Though all the therapists are excellent, I always ask for Robert because he is caring, professional and fun to work with.

I had an intake yesterday with Lucas which seemed to go well. He promised to email the exercises so I could do them at home all week. I did not receive them so I called this morning. After several minutes on hold I was prompted and left a voicemail. After no response I went by there this afternoon. 1. They had not checked their vms from six hours earlier. 2. They do not know how to contact my therapist. 3. They do not know when or how to get me a copy of the exercises. 4. There is no one at Brooks to talk further about this.... read more
