Brooks exceeded my expectations. Not only in the front office, but the physical therapists have also been amazing. Bridget at the front desk is so sweet and always willing to work with your schedule. She goes out of her way to help patients. Brittany was my physical therapist before she moved to a different facility and she was amazing. She loves her job and you can tell. In my opinion, the best place for physical therapy. I will always use Brooks on 14th St. in Fernandina. I've used them several times and have always had excellent results. The physical therapy therapists are very professional knowledgeable but also make you feel like you're the most important person to them at the time. The entire staff is great!
Customer service is terrible. The front desk staff are rude. Spoke with an older lady who was very argumentative . Not a good first impression for any business. Also they need to cut the tree limbs down you can't see the sign from either driving directions until your on top of the place. This needs addressing as its dangerous.
