BEWARE of hiring Halina Radchenko. I only needed help filing a simple nonsuit, but was told I had to hire her because I was at risk of being sued — which did not turn out to be true. After paying, my time and money were wasted. I also paid for an emergency restraining order that was never completed. It was returned multiple times, and I was told it was due to filing issues with Denton County requirements. This was a major waste of money and time, especially given the urgency of the situation. It is unfortunate my experience was unlike so many of the other reviews, however, I think it is still worth mentioning if you are on the fence as to which law firm to retain when it comes to family matters.
