Jeff Cade and Richard were great Courteous and helpful Packed everything up and moved it all in without incident. They were very careful ensuring nothing hit walls and scrapped. Communication was good with Brooks and pricing transparent I would use them again

VERY UNHAPPY so we used them the last time we moved there was no issues.. this time is much different and we have all our boxes which were labeled in completely different rooms, number one we have multiple broken items and I heard when it was dropped one of the things was a collectible Disney plate which we’ve had for 20 years, another item is a desk that was 200 dollars and when I spoke to there “ office manager” and she said I basically wouldn’t get anything… I’m very annoyed and will look elsewhere for our next move.
