Law office where we closed on our new home. Everything went smoothly.
Terrible customer service from staff. Barely competent. Issued a check in the wrong name. When I called to get it corrected the staff was rude to me and hung up on me even though I was helping correct their mistake. Staff members are confused about the basics of how their own business works.
