I wasn't a big Brooks Brothers afficionado, but came here because of gifts I got for my birthday and wanted to see what they had to offer. The staff was very helpful and worked well together to help us through the store and make our selections. Christaun was particularly helpful and an excellent salesman! He made us a current and future customer!
Do not use Brooks Brothers online service. We order 45 days ago and discovered a .55 charge on credit card today. We immediately thought it was fraudulent and called the credit card company. Brooks Brothers Company said they forgot to add tax on our order. Never heard of that before. Needless to say they lost us as a customer especially on online orders
