Great selection of clothes from a variety of seasons. Many of the styles are timeless and the prices are good often even further on sale.
Christian at Brooks Brothers is an outstanding sales person. He helped us navigate the exact suit my husband needed, considering the style and materials. We looked at several other stores and couldn't find anything. I highly recommend this store and seeking help from their professional sales staff. We couldn't be happier and plan on going back soon to take advantage of their excellent sale.
Overpriced, very small selection of women's clothing. Sizing is numerical and the associates are more focused on socializing than on customer service.
Had an issue with a shirt. Exchanged no problem.
Three people working and not a single other person in the store, and yet none of the sales associates said “welcome in” or “how can I help you” or “have a nice day”. Zero courtesy. Our money will be taken elsewhere, thanks!
