Walked in and both employees were at the cash wrap one on his phone. After asking for help since it was my first time here, he showed me around the store. Then as I was browsing Viviana said out loud “I’m tempted to help them so they don’t mess up our clothes”. I’m sorry, what? Unwelcoming, unenthusiastic and bored staff. Quality of merchandise does not reflect the price tags even with the advertised discounts. We were the only customers in the store while the mall was very busy. The 2 older ladies working there represented the store exceptionally well; low end, not polished and lacking presentation. Not too sure who that brand caters to those days anymore.

Had an amazing experience at this store, all thanks to Jamie! She gave me a very warm welcome the moment I walked in, and helped me find exactly what I needed right away. The quality of the materials is excellent, and the best part? Everything fit perfectly on the first try. Jamie was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional. It was easily the best shopping experience I've ever had. I highly recommend this place!
