I encountered a crazy lady named “Norma” today while I was shopping inside brooks brothers. She is a menace! While my boyfriend was looking at a shirt, another shirt accidentally fell and this Norma person came up to me, picked up the shirt and told me I have a black heart and that I’m a bad person for not picking up the shirt in 2 seconds. Beware of PURCHASE WITH NO RETURN & unprofessional customer service. Purchased on May 2nd with "60 days free return policy" wrote on receipt, now May21 told "Sorry we are about to close this shop and unable to refund & return".
Went to the mall a couple weeks ago to help my boyfriend find a suit for my work Christmas party. We went to multiple stores and could not find the help we needed or the colour we wanted. We walked into this store and were greeted by Punam who was lovely from start to finish. We greatly appreciated his experience and opinions. We left with a suit jacket and a wealth of knowledge. We are so grateful for his expertise and salesmen ship. We will absolutely be back for any of our future suit shopping! lThank you Punam!
