I'm extremely unhappy with my experience at this Brooks Brothers store. I purchased two suits and four shirts, and they managed to give me the wrong size for one suit and one shirt. This level of carelessness is completely unacceptable. Very disappointed!
Shoutout to LANCE who helped me for 2 hours. With his expertise I bought a full suit, 2 blazers, dress shirts, dress pants, ties, and a pocket square. Excellent customer service
