I came in to buy some formal wear for a wedding, and Matthew provided great help in finding what I was looking for. Service was top-notch. Matthew = g.o.a.t.
I love Brooks Brothers clothing. They always have really good fashionable clothing. It is a bit pricey but you are getting g quality clothing. If you look carefully you may be able to find a deal or two. The staff were very helpful.
Went in today and picked up a Blazer from the moment we walked in we were greeted with kindness Charles and Matthew were very attentive to my needs and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase! This place runs like an oiled machine Sir Charles and Matthew don’t skip a beat the tailoring is superb she knows her craft and does a fantastic job. You have a special event coming up like did stop in and see these guys you won’t be disappointed and they sure have a great selection cheers!
I’ve been a Brooks Brothers customer for years. The dry cleaners recently broke one of the suit coat buttons (and didn’t mention it or fix it). My tailor didn’t do buttons (!) so I called the Providence store to see if they could help. Charles Flora (Asst. Manager) took my call, confirmed the color, and had several in the mail to me that day. That’s what I call Outstanding Customer Service!
