We just had a 5 star experience at Brooks Bros, getting a suit for my husband. Decarlo was personable and professional in assisting my husband (and me) by getting measurements, making smart recommendations, and even getting us 20% off by suggesting we get a Brooks Bros credit card. Decarlo went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of before we left. Let me contrast this experience with the one we had at Mens Wearhouse just 10 minutes earlier, where no one even greeted us.
This was my first visit to Brooks Brothers at Concord Mills. They were running a great sale, which gave me the perfect opportunity to browse and see what they have to offer. I took plenty of photos to give others a better idea of the selection. I’ve always associated Brooks Brothers with quality, and that definitely holds true here. Charles and Phil truly helped me find the perfect fit of dress shirt I needed for my suit. From the way the neck should feel to the size across the chest. I highly recommend coming here for important occasions in your life.
Brooks Bros is one of the places I really enjoy shopping because of the quality items they offer and the customer service is always excellent.
