Used to be a great store. Old employees who had been there forever left and now it’s terrible. Never have anything in stock and current employees are very unhelpful. Sad to see.
Disappointing experience here and disappointing service - paid for a custom, made to measure tux and they couldn't even deliver the tux to me in a garment bag. Unfortunately this location isn't a great representative of what the brand used to be or could be.

I have been a Brooks Brothers customer for 55+ years (originally a customer of the location in downtown Cincinnati). I've always found their clothing quality and customer service to be excellent. Both proved true today during my visit to their Houston Galleria location. I went in to make what I thought would be a simple exchange, that turned out to be more complicated than I anticipated (not because of the Brooks Brother exchange policy, but because the purchase was made thru another vendor).
