Specifically, a sales representative named Victoria was incredible. She was so helpful, patient, and pleasant to deal with throughout our visit. Fellas… if you’re anything like me and don’t own a suit , or wouldn’t even know where to start looking for one , do yourself a favor and go see Victoria at Brooks Brothers. She made the entire process easy, took all the stress out of finding something that fit properly and matched the occasion, and made it a genuinely great experience. Trust me—she’ll have you looking sharp.

Very bad customer experience. Picked out $1K worth of clothes. While waiting to pay, my salesman took on another customer and walked away from the counter. Even though the store was relatively empty and there were several associates standing around, he simply walked away and left me standing at the register. Very strange. Very unprofessional. I love Brooks Brothers clothes and I don't get to that area very often. No one else offered to help.... 2 suits, 3 shirts... not today. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

My son needed a complete suit asap and with only 2 hours to spare before the store closed, salesperson Victoria, was on it! She asked the right questions, was so personable, and helpful. We are very happy with our purchase and he is going to look great for his interview. Thank you again Victoria!
