Dont shop here. Despite $1k suit, they didnt have a tailor! Sent us to big alterations shop that didnt even have mens dress shoes onsite for fitting.

I was in desperate need of a suit for an unexpected professional situation while visiting Cleveland. Immediately upon entering Brooks Brothers, I was greeted by James and Brock, who helped me find the perfect suit, fit, and shirt. They were super kind, helpful, and professional. I will definitely recommend this location for excellent customer service.

Not sure why this place has such bad reviews on here. I stopped in yesterday to buy a sweater for a gift. The gentleman in the store was very welcoming and helped me find the size I needed. Overall, a good experience.

I am a potential customer, but reading these reviews that have no response from the store or company is mind boggling. These are heartfelt reviews from long term customers who are disappointed and the store is silent, and complaints are similar in nature clearly showing a systemic problem. How sad. I had planned to stop here on my way thru today but these reviews make it clear that it would be a waste of my valuable time. Shame on Brooks Brothers company for allowing this store to continue selling their product. Horrible.
