Brooks Brothers Town Center Leawood Kansas Location is clean. It is well lit. All the clothing is displayed attractively. Shelves were well stocked and the display shelf I checked was clean. Floor was reasonably clean. All the staff was very helpful. I picked three dress shirts that have a bit of stretchiness to them. They have quickly become my go to dress shirts to wear with my Canali suits.

I’ve never had a more condescending sales associate. What is wrong with the snotty lady with blond bob haircut? So rude for absolutely no reason! I will not be back.

This store is phenomenal! The customer service that I have received in multiple visits and orders from the website has been outstanding! I will keep being a customer here!
