Went to Brooks Brothers to get a shirt and tie for an upcoming wedding. Was also looking for a casual sport coat to replace an old one. Our sales assistant, Edyta, was very helpful and made sure the shirts fit well. Crazy how the fit changed with the formal shirt being 15.5"/34", but the casual shirt being 16"/33", I never would have gotten that correct without her help. Nick at this location is awesome. I went in ready to buy an 1818 suit and he guided me through the fitting process and was a great resource to help me find the perfect suit. I have received a lot of compliments on my suit and MORE IMPORTANTLY, I feel like the most handsome person in the world. Thank you Nick!
Arrived at the store at 2:00pm on a Wednesday and the doors were locked. I looked inside and was motioned to "shew" away from the store. No one came to the door to advise what was happening. This level of disrespect is unacceptable. Will not be returning!
