Great merchandise, very helpful staff.
Had to come here in a pinch for rehearsal dinner for my daughter’s wedding needed an outfit (and fast). Kim was very nice to walk me through and help me select an outfit which I am so happy with. The service and care were top-notch. The clothes are top quality. A+ store with great team! I will be back here because the experience was exceptional.
I came to the store with my friend to get measured and fitted for his suit for his wedding. The sales woman started off very friendly but then towards the end of the session, she started making passive aggressive remarks towards me because I had yet to buy a suit for my wedding that was 5 months before my friends. I did not appreciate her remarks as it made me not want to buy my suit from brooks brothers. Needless to say I did not buy my suit from here.
