No acknowledgement upon entering the store from any employee. Staff didn’t offer assistance nor made it a pleasant experience as a first time shopper at this location.
The store was largely empty during my visit around 5:00–5:30 PM, and I was the only customer present. Two sales associate, a middle-aged woman and a younger man, were engaged in conversation for most of the time I was in the store. Neither associate greeted me upon entry or offered assistance during my visit. I moved between the fitting room and the shirt display area, but no one checked in to see if I needed help.
