Really rude and unwelcoming environment. I was not greeted, and asked for help with sizes and was not met with kindness. Very dismissive. I love brooks brothers but as someone who works in customer service this was a very bad experience. No smiles. Highly recommend the other ones in DC but not in Friendship Heights. The tailor was very nice though!

Always a great experience, but kindness begets kindness. Picked up a few suits, tux, and made to order shirts. Service and tailoring is always fantastic.
The tailor is spectacular. The 1818 suits always fit like they were bespoke after he alters them. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful store in a beautiful neighborhood.
