Store employee (Donna Principe) went well out of her way to find a shirt I needed immediately! We greatly appreciated her personal attention!. She is awesome.
My 78 year old father was treated horribly here - the staff (a middle aged man who was working 12/20 at 430PM) was so rude to him, it was insulting and unacceptable. He is a lifetime Brooks Brother shopper and the way the man spoke to him, snappy, rude, short and downright insulting should not be taken lightly. My father ended up leaving, no one intervened. Management should hold their brand and the experience to higher standards. We will NEVER shop here again.
Dan was a great help when attempting to pick out a suit for an upcoming event. He made the buying process simple and pleasant and was very informed on the clothing options they had available. Would not go anywhere else!
Delightful experience - I'll be back for more! As we all started to return to work after the worst of the COVID pandemic was over, I had to be ready for those onsite visits and meetings when dressing for business was again relevant and expected.
