Could not be happier with the service with the kind people at Brooks Brothers at the outlets. Jean and Madeline are knowledgeable and very helpful.
Excellent service by Madeline! Thank you very much!!!
Store employee (Donna Principe) went well out of her way to find a shirt I needed immediately! We greatly appreciated her personal attention!. She is awesome.
My 78 year old father was treated horribly here - the staff (a middle aged man who was working 12/20 at 430PM) was so rude to him, it was insulting and unacceptable. He is a lifetime Brooks Brother shopper and the way the man spoke to him, snappy, rude, short and downright insulting should not be taken lightly. My father ended up leaving, no one intervened. Management should hold their brand and the experience to higher standards. We will NEVER shop here again.
