One of female managers is rude and mean. I am looking for my size and was warned by her don’t touch the shirt and we can help. I asked can you help? She went away. I will never get back to this store.
Kyle Blair is incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to take care of us. Extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. Would recommend him 10/10 times.
I went to pickup my kids clothes. I got there at 7:55 the online time now has changed from 8:30- 9. But when I checked online the store hours said 8:30. They took 2 hours to ring me in the first time. The. I went they only gave me 3 out of my 4 shirts left a message. And the manager rob said he will ship me the item it will get there when it will get there. Very very unprofessional this guy should be fired along with other staff this is the reason why retail stores are shutting down
I have been purchasing the same fitted no iron shirt for over 10 years. I have them in many different colors. I go to Brooks Brothers a couple times a year when they are on sale and every time I go they never, ever have my size and I have to order online. Byron was in the store when I went shopping and he did his best to find my size. Brooks Brothers was sold to a new corporation around the time of the pandemic.
