RIP OFF! This is about 2026 summer sales. This KoP store asks customers to “Buy 3 or more to get 25% off”, while the same store in NJ says “2 or more 25% off”! I did buy 3 in the NJ store, but was not tricked to buy 3. Online is also “2 or more 25% off”
One of female managers is rude and mean. I am looking for my size and was warned by her don’t touch the shirt and we can help. I asked can you help? She went away. I will never get back to this store.
Kyle Blair is incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to take care of us. Extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. Would recommend him 10/10 times.
I went to pickup my kids clothes. I got there at 7:55 the online time now has changed from 8:30- 9. But when I checked online the store hours said 8:30. They took 2 hours to ring me in the first time. The. I went they only gave me 3 out of my 4 shirts left a message. And the manager rob said he will ship me the item it will get there when it will get there. Very very unprofessional this guy should be fired along with other staff this is the reason why retail stores are shutting down
