I haven't been in a Brooks Brothers store in decades. Always found them to be too expensive although they have nice clothes. This outlet store was still expensive despite sizeable discounts. But I needed a tie because I forgot mine while traveling. Register lady was friendly. Nice quality clothes; just more than I want to spend.

Needed some pants to match my jacket I purchased from them a few years ago. Hoping they would still have the color. Walked right in, sales person came up to me and saw I had my suit in hand. He aske how he could help, told him I wanted pants to match. He said he knew exactly what I was looking for and even pulled out the right length. Great service and extremely knowledgable. If you are looking for a suit or nice shirtts definately recomed.
Went in looking for a dress for a last minute event. I was never greeted when entering despite there only being one other customer in the store when I entered. I wandered around looking lost trying to find the fitting room and no one seemed to notice. I finally asked where it was and instead of being guided to it they simply pointed and said over there.
