I came into the store attempting to get a suit for a gala in 2 days. Christine and Sal were great helping me find the right fit. Thank you both for making this an easy/quick purchase!
Beautiful store and decent inventory but staff isnt gracious or welcoming. They are unhelpful as well. Ive tried several times to purchase in-store and choose online instead. Sizes are few for popular items and staff is reluctant to assist with checking storeroom or availability.
The lady who helped me yesterday (6/4) had excellent customer service skills and was extremely pleasant. She greeted me immediately upon entering the store. She made sure I knew about a sale for the clothing I was interested in purchasing.

I should have listened to the other reviews. I have been to at least 3 other Brooks Brothers locations nationwide, and this is by far the worst one I have ever visited. The staff here is incredibly unwelcoming and unhelpful. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was completely off.
