The lady who helped me yesterday (6/4) had excellent customer service skills and was extremely pleasant. She greeted me immediately upon entering the store. She made sure I knew about a sale for the clothing I was interested in purchasing.

I should have listened to the other reviews. I have been to at least 3 other Brooks Brothers locations nationwide, and this is by far the worst one I have ever visited. The staff here is incredibly unwelcoming and unhelpful. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was completely off. One of the workers was busy watching a show or YouTube on their phone the entire time I was browsing, and did not even bother to look up. Very uncomfortable experience. Went in to buy a few polos and had someone hovering over us. When we went to pick a size, we were told that we were messing up the stacks and they had a visitor coming. We kept it neat, but I guess not perfect. Ended up just leaving as it was incredibly uncomfortable because anything we touched was immediately adjusted, but just barely and didn’t actually make difference.
