Connie is the best! She is incredibly helpful and absolutely delightful.
Mike, Connie and Penny were incredible. My partner had a small time frame to buy a suit. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable about fit, size and style and was attentive and accommodating. Connie and Penny were able to help us adjust the suit and make things happen! I’m glad there are still brick and mortar stores around to get quality service and in store fittings. The next time we need a suit, this is the place to go!
Staff have always been friendly and helpful. I usually prefer buying online for the convenience but they really demonstrate the value of in person shopping. Came here for a fitten shirt and tuxedo adjustments initially and had a good experience. Lost a button on said tuxedo and they were able to match the button without replacing! (Something the online Brooks Brothers chat was recommending)
