We had such a wonderful experience with Brooks Brothers for Sean’s wedding tux. The made-to-measure process was incredibly easy, and the final tux looked absolutely fantastic. We especially have to recognize the woman who helped us at the Chestnut Hill location, Tatyana. She was incredible. The amount of care and pride she put into her work was so apparent, and she made sure every detail was just right. Connie is the best! She is incredibly helpful and absolutely delightful.
Mike, Connie and Penny were incredible. My partner had a small time frame to buy a suit. Mike was incredibly knowledgeable about fit, size and style and was attentive and accommodating. Connie and Penny were able to help us adjust the suit and make things happen! I’m glad there are still brick and mortar stores around to get quality service and in store fittings. The next time we need a suit, this is the place to go!
