We came in looking for a shirt and tie for an event. We weren’t greeted when we walked in, but once one of the employees finished helping another customer, he came right over and completely turned the experience around. He had incredible, old-school expertise in men's fashion and was highly professional. The prices are a bit steep for an outlet, but the stellar service made it worth the purchase!

I had a poor experience tonight at the store on Palm Beach Blvd. The only person to ask for is Mark. If you want a great experience ask for him, the supervisor, otherwise, good luck…

Being in the hospitality industry myself I know how difficult is to find good and genuine staff. Melanie went above and beyond to make my experience great while the store was very busy. You dont find service like this nowadays. As far as the clothes, I found great pieces for 50% off which was great. Great quality and style. We expect nothing less from a brand like Brooks brothers. Thank you Melanie for being very professional and caring.

They are incredibly kind, professional, and always go the extra mile for their clients. I accidentally lost my phone in the store, and the thoughtful staff member patiently waited for me to arrive so I could retrieve it. Truly above and beyond service!
