Shout-out to Nathaniel and crew. I am a very fickle and tempestuous client. I went in for a lifetime sweater and found an amazing RUGGED sweater. The downside was I returned it due to a personal ambivalence in regards to the zipper. Fabric amazing,zipper subpar. Thankfully, B.B stood by their return policy and switched me out to an Amazing Buttoned cardigan. Full wool I was a satisfied customer. I’ve been in here twice when passing through town. Everyone is super attentive. The store manager is really nice. Decent selection of sale merchandise. Both times, I haven’t gone home empty-handed.
