Disappointed with Unprofessional Service I had a terrible experience with Brooks Brothers. The customer service was rude and unhelpful, and one representative made an inappropriate comment during our interaction. Completely unacceptable for a brand of this stature.
Great layout. Nice quality clothing. Not helpful staff at all. Sales are meh but the clothing is solid.
