I love Brooks Brother but not all of their shops have customer centric staff. The Westport shop has helpful and friendly staff.

Good customer service. The gentleman knows his job. Charismatic and friendly. It’s also a very nice store. Full of items. Very beautiful shop. Clean and well decorated.
I don't write reviews and had long given up on retail and old school customer service but I felt it necessary to give exceptional praise where it is due to Brooks Brother Westport and Susan and the tailor in particular. I've been buying suits for 30 years so I know customer service (in the old days), quality and professionalism (all long gone at many stores).
